Nitin Bali once again proved in Kuwait that he is a unique singer who can sing the songs of different singers from oldies to latest.  After the super hit programs ‘Sunidhi Chauhan Concert’, ‘Mika Singh Live’ and ‘Arijit Singh Live in Concert - Tum Hi Ho’, Prashanth D’Souza, president of Creative Indian Association and a veteran in organizing events in Kuwait joined hands with Rohit G Mirchandani, MD of Raja Company to bring a charity event ‘Golden Voice of Nitin Bali- Dil Se’ a labor of love dedicated to the flood affected people of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday,  30 January 2015 at the Indian Embassy Auditorium.

The evening was a musical journey with yesteryear classics and modern day melodies, featuring songs of Kishore Kumar, Mohammed Rafi, Shailendtra, Hemanth Kumar, Anand Raj Anand, Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh and many more. The program started with the National Anthem of Kuwait and India followed by introduction by compere of the evening Nita Bhatkar.  Without any delay Nitin Bali entered the stage with Kishore kumar hit " dil kya kare jab kisi ko" followed by nonstop hits like " oh mere dil ke chain", " dilbar mere kab tak", " oh manchali kahan chali", " tere bina bhi kya jeena", "rim jhim gire sawan".  The audience was overjoyed when he sung his own song "nile nile ambar par" which made him popular in Bollywood as well as the remixed version.

In a short stage program, Indian ambassador to Kuwait, H.E. Sunil Jain was welcomed with a flower bouquet by Prashanth D’Souza and Rohit G Mirchandani.  H.E. Sunil Jain spoke a few words appreciating the Creative Indian Association efforts towards charity.  Nitin continued with variety of Mohammed Rafi songs such as ‘ehsaan tera hoga mujh par’, ‘tere mere sapne’, ‘gulabi ankhe jo teri dekhi’ and ‘kya hua tera wada’.

Kuwaiti singer Mubarak Al Rashed, who has an uncanny vocal resemblance to the timeless legend Kishore Kumar, sung ever green songs ‘kya yehi pyar hai’ and ‘jo wada kiya woh nibhana padega’ along with Kuwait's popular budding singer Neelima Elsa Dominic.  He also sung ‘ dekhana hai re sochana’ with Nitin Bali which was thoroughly enjoyed by audience.  Energetic dances were performed by Dancing Divas and Jhankar Dance Academy.

Nitin Bali sang singing super hits songs of Shailendtra, Hemanth Kumar, anand Raj anand, Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh and many more.  Some of them were ‘main shayar to nahin’, ‘pukar lo, chingari koi bhadke’, ‘meri bhigi bhigi si’, ‘aisa koi saathi ho’, ‘diwana leke aaya hai’, ‘meet na mila re man ka’, ‘yeh shaam mastani’, ‘hum tere bin ab reh nahi sakte’, ‘sun raha hai na tu’, ‘main tenu sang’, ‘dil de diya hai’, ‘abhi mujh mein kahin’ etc.  The audience enthusiastically praised the performance, and it was a relaxing evening with harmonious songs for all the age groups.

The live music was provided by ‘Fusion Band’ with Nissi on drums, Manoj on Keyboard, Iqbal on Tabla, Johnson on lead guitar and Hamsa on Bass guitar.  Lights and sound was provided by ‘Illuminations- Anand D'Souza’ and tracks by ‘DJ Flames Elton’.
